Due to traffic, we were a few minutes late, so the guide left us at the service desk without our tickets or information. I called several times. The service desk also called the number provided to confirm they have our ticket so we can tour the museum, but no one answered. We bought ticket for our self

An absolute joke. Zero understanding and pure rudeness. We arrived during the grace period, but they refused to give us the guide's phone number to contact him and catch up with the group. On top of that, after contacting Amigo Tours via WhatsApp (where they took over 20 minutes to reply), we were told they would at least provide our museum tickets without the guided tour. In the end, they didn't even do that. Instead, we were told to wait outside for 30 minutes for the second part of the tour, which actually turned into a waiting time of over 3 hours. Once we finally made it to the second part, the guide was so monotonous that we just wanted to leave. At times, he clearly didn't know what to say and was straight-up reading the signs next to the artwork. Honestly, independent guides outside the venue were offering tours for the price of a single person's ticket with Amigo Tours. It is not worth it at all—keep your money. We were so outraged that we didn't even leave a tip, just a bad review.
You will not truly appreciate what you are viewing without some guidance. I didn't and I'm something of a Mexican history buff.
