They were great. Our plane was delayed more.than an hour The young lady that grated us was very nice and patien. Mark, the driver was great and very informative on the way to our resort. There was an issue with billing due to how the hotel was listed, but it was resolved. Make sure the listing includes Runaway Bay, specifically.
The driver never picked us up. We booked a round trip private transfer. They took us to the resort, but didn’t arrive to take us back to the airport on our departure date. They said they would pick us up at 11:15AM, but we never heard from them. We ended up taking the bus from the resort.
For anyone reading this! This is just the biggest lie a traveler has told on my company. This traveler decided to leave early for her own reasons after we had a scheduled pick up time for 11:15 AM. My driver was there for pick up and the bell man told my driver left from earlier !!!!
This is one of the best companies I've used when it comes to airport transportation! They're very professional and I will be using them again during my next visit!

What can I say our driver Mark is a star he waited for us for over 2 hours going through customs. Then drove us 2 plus hours from Montego Bay to Negril only to find out our hotel was closed because of the storm not only did he and his sister help us find accommodations but checked up on us the entire time and help us secure new accommodations elsewhere they went way above driver passenger relations I highly recommend them for any and all travel needs

This company is a scam. They waited until we arrived and tried to extort us for additional money. They did not pick us up for our return flight home as we paid for round trip. They tried to add rules that were not listed on the booking. The driver harassed us throughout the whole ride about money and during our trip begged us via text to ride with him acting as if he had a bargain rate for us but he indeed did not. Offered another round trip begged for money as soon as we reached the destination claiming he left his wallet home and needed to get gas. Took unrequested stops. I would not recommend.
For anyone reading this travellers’ 1 star review, it is travellers like these who make it very hard for us as tour and transportation owners. This is just utterly unacceptable for lies to be told about our driver in this manner. This traveller booked the wrong airport transfer as she was going to another hotel that is clear stated as NOT included. She however decided that she does not want to make the necessary correction to her reservation, so she turns around to leave a horrible review because all she paid for was a 1 way service
