Fantastic experience woukd highly recommend though not for the faint hearted. Wouldn't recommend kids i personally think this is adult only and above 16. We had a great night tour guide was fantastic he was called Dwight he knew his stuff and also how to scare you overall great experience

This was an amazing experience. Not only was it really insightful, but it was also quite exciting and fun. Richard, aka Ricky, was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the history of the Rose Hall Great House. The admission fee for the tour was a good price, too, and the length of the tour was fine, as it didn't feel too short or like it dragged. I was with a small group of around 10 people or so. This is great for solo travelers, families, or friends. I would highly recommend doing this tour at night, as it just adds to the overall vibe and experience.
I had heard about the night tour but had never been. When my friends indicated that they were going, I jumped on the band wagon and am so, so glad I did. The tour and the guide, Sasha, were excellent and I have been encouraging others to visit. Great job.

We took this tour with Your Jamaican Tour Guide as part of their nocturnal offerings, which included the Rose Hall night tour followed by a visit to the Luminous Lagoon. The haunted tour of Rose Hall was both entertaining and informative, though it may not be ideal for young children who are easily startled. Our guide was excellent, and the “ghosts” added just the right touch. Be sure to try the rum punch at the end—it is delicious and comes in a keepsake glass. The sunset views from the house were stunning, and overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would gladly recommend.
