They give the wrong meeting point and then don't take any responsability
We purchased the following tour with Pancho Tours: Mosque, Alcazar and Juderia Ticket Included Skip the Line through Expedia. We were given the wrong meeting point and missed half the tour. We asked for 50% refund, and it was refused as the ticket is non-refundable. I had to call 3 times the day of the tour to find out what was going on. They were supposed to call me back when I called at 10h35. They never did, but after calling the 3rd time they gave me a new meeting point.

Great Experience with Poncho Tours one of customer service agent who’s name is Mourizio help a lot to get best deal. I found very easy the way he gave me all information for book our day trip to Cordoba. Right from the start, the driver who picked us up was very friendly and all throught the drive he updated us with lots of information in regards to the surrounding area. At Cordoba we has a lovely Guide who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We arelly enjoyed our day trip to Cordoba. I very strongly advise other traveller to use PONCHO TOURS. its very friendly and easy to use. Thank you very much.
