Dear Viator Customer Support, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding booking #1437027689 for Rhodes Water Park, scheduled for September 29, 2026. We arrived at the water park with our three children, only to be told at the entrance that the tickets we had purchased through Viator had already been used on September 8 — three weeks before our booked visit. This is completely unacceptable. We travelled from another country and specifically planned our day around this booking. Our three children had been looking forward to visiting the water park, and we arrived expecting to use tickets that we had purchased and paid for in good faith. Instead, we were left at the entrance with invalid tickets due to an issue entirely beyond our control. The situation caused us significant disappointment, frustration and inconvenience, particularly given that we were travelling abroad as a family and had specifically made the journey to the park. A simple explanation is not sufficient in this case. We expect: A full refund of the amount paid for the unusable tickets. Appropriate additional compensation for the considerable inconvenience and distress caused to our family. An explanation as to how tickets issued to us for September 29 could have been recorded as already used on September 8. We purchased these tickets through Viator and relied on Viator to provide valid admission for the date confirmed in our booking. We therefore expect Viator to take responsibility for resolving this matter promptly. Please treat this as a formal complaint. Large and beautiful park with an incredible view of the coast! Well-maintained and clean. We went on a Monday, there weren't too many people so no waiting for the different attractions. We tested almost all the slides, the wave pool and the lazy river and we loved it! Very serious supervision that allows you to have fun in complete safety. Numerous lounge chairs a bit everywhere in the park that allowed us to take shelter from the sun because it was 95° in the shade that day! And several smoking areas, convenient 😉 We ate at the Corsaro Snack, varied, good and inexpensive food. Lockers accessible at any time. Rechargeable wristband so you don't need to carry cash around. Attractions for all ages. The only small downside: quite a climb before reaching the park entrance for those arriving by bus because it stops at the bottom! But it's worth making this little effort 😁 We recommend this park and will return with great pleasure! The little plus: we got -30% by booking online on Tripadvisor

We had an amazing day at the water park! All the kids had a fantastic time, across all ages. There are plenty of slides and attractions, with something suitable for everyone — from younger children to older kids. The park is well organized, clean, and easy to navigate. There were no long lines at the ticket counters, and there is plenty of free parking, which made the whole experience even more convenient. We really enjoyed our day and would definitely recommend it to families with children of all ages! 💦🌊

Great water park for old and young. Fair food prices and lots of variety. We especially liked the lazy river.

The slides were quiet, run down, not one inflatable ring was inflated properly all too soft. My husband cracked his head on his 3rd slide, the boomerang as the ring hit a dry patch and threw him out. We spent over 5 hours in A&E for stitching. I wouldn’t return, despite friendly and helpful staff. Also the plunge pools at the end of slides were not all manned as in no lifeguard there, again not particularly safe.

booked online. everything went correctly. everything was very neat and the staff are extremely friendly and professional! the snacks on site are budget-friendly. slides were very nice. we would like to come back!

My kids and I had an awesome time at the park. It was busy but because the place is so big it didn't feel crowded. We didn't have to wait long for each ride. Be ready to climb lots of stairs!

Slides were great fun, there are lots of places to buy food and plenty of sun beds, however - we had been on all the rides in less than 2 hours. The claim that it’s the largest waterpark in Europe is incorrect, but I’m sure it’s the oldest. The park is very tired and grubby. Everywhere needs a coat of paint and a good clean. There is bird poo all over the sun beds and the floor. We were one of the first to enter at 10am but there was litter on the floor, presumably from a poor attempt at cleaning the night before. The wave pool was very dirty around the edges. Shame as the rides are good and the staff are friendly, but the whole place needs a clean/jetwash.

Had a fun day at the water park. It wasn't very busy either, so you could easily go down all the slides multiple times. There were also many variations in the slides, which was also fun.
