Well managed and efficient tour! Organizer was great at issuing reminders to ensure we were are the right meeting point with the documentary requirements

We couldn’t see the senat chamber or part of the tunnel, it was ok to see the big halls but it was not what I expected

A great way to see the Second to largest Building in the world with a knowledgable guide. Meeting at the Viator office and walking around to the Building gave us good photo opportunities and being part of a group with and English speaking guide meant we got through the scanning and passport presentation easily. - Yes remember to bring your passport if a non Romanian. Great photo opportunity including the largest Chandelier in the world. Great value and I highly recommend.

We waited in line for this tour longer than the tour itself. Had us be there 30min early (3pm official start time) and didn’t get to building/statt tour until 3:20ish. Tour itself was ok, but just walked into big room without being able to really look at any of the art or interesting history of the building. Anything told to us was something we learned previously from online or our walking tour guide. Only shown a couple conference rooms where events happen now. Overall disappointed and not worth the money.

Great tour by experienced official guide. Some confusion as to initial meeting point and time, but all worked out in end

We thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the history behind the building its construction, each room functionality and seeing the different clothing used of their heritage

With limited tickets each day, it’s better to get them in advance like booking through this site. The guide was average but it’s helpful for the guide to show us the various admission procedures which can be very tight. Passports are required for foreigners.

Stratosperic building that must absolutely be visited in Bucharest...it must be booked online in advance.

SCAM I booked this excursion with Headout. Meeting at 10:30 AM Monday, Sept 14, 5 Piazza Romana. We waited from 10:15 AM to 11:30 AM, called the local number on the reservation 4 times in vain. Despite proof from call logs and emails during this wait, Headout takes no responsibility. Bottom line: you lose money and time. Avoid at all costs. Go directly by subway or bus to the points of interest. Ex: entry + guided tour in English at the parliament is 170 lei for 2.

The meeting point was a little hard to find but once we did, everything proceeded smoothly. Our guide got us to the Parliament and through security and turned us over to the Parliament guide. That guide was entertaining and informative. Using the ticket service make the process very convenient because trying to do this on ones own could be confusing and stressful.
