To be honest, it wasn´t a great trip. My family and I arrived and were barely greeted by the woman who owns it. She asked me to sign a waiver, when I asked what it said, she said ¨the normal things¨- Then our tour guide, although I could tell he was trying to be funny and smart, was simply annoying. First off, he wasn´t very professional nor formal, which can sometimes feel more comfortable for people, but he brought up politics THREE times- the first two times I tried to walk or bike away to avoid the conversation- and the third time I couldn´t help myself but to respond- which in turn triggered my uncle, who started shouting at me. Hence, it wasn´t entirely the guides fault, however maybe he should be intelligent enough to not bring up politics in such a heated time in history. (IF EVER.)

When you arrived, we welcomed you and, as with every guest, asked you to sign our standard waiver. When we say it contains “the usual things”, we simply mean our standard industry terms, covering basic matters such as following the guide’s instructions, behaving responsibly and taking care of the bikes. Guests are, of course, always welcome to read it in full before signing. Politics is not something we discuss on our tours. In fact, in the vast majority of tours it never comes up, and when guests raise political topics, we generally avoid getting involved. Your guide is one of our most experienced guides and has received more five-star reviews than any other member of our team, so we were naturally surprised by your comments. Finally, guests are expected to remain with the group unless there is an exceptional circumstance. On this occasion, you returned to our shop and left the bike without explanation following a personal disagreement with your uncle. The situation was unexpected, and our guide was understandably unsure of what had happened. We respect that experiences are subjective, but we believe this context provides a more complete picture of what happened. By the way, the rest of the family was delighted about the tour 😊

Very enjoyable ride around Seville with Claudia. Frequent stops for information and local history. Very pleasant and interesting route. Comfortable and good quality “power assisted” electric bikes meaning minimal effort on flat terrain even in heat of the afternoon. Free water. Strongly recommended to see lots of Seville in a couple of hours and the guiding means you go places you wouldn’t go if you just hired a bike.

We had a very nice time on our tour and enjoyed the history. The tour was very flat and would be for everyone. I would not recommend an electric bike, but we didn’t know before.

We did a self-guided tour from Seville to Cordoba to Granada. ElecMove provided us with the bikes, a route guide for a leg of the trip, and picked up our bikes when we reached Granada. They were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. We had bike rental reservations with another shop, but the bikes turned out to be very low quality. We went to ElecMove with only a few days before our trip was supposed to start, and they completely came through for us. We rented the high-end mountain bikes, which were fantastic quality. Battery range was great. Comfort and ride was great. And we were cycling on all kinds of different terrain. We couldn't have been happier we found ElecMove.
