Our driver was early and helpful. Our only concern was trying to reach the company to confirm the pickup time.
It was a nice private transfer back to the airport in a large clean van. It an hour and 30 minutes. He drove safely.
I never received any communication regarding pick up times. I contacted the company the day of and didn't get a response. The hotel had to contact them. They told them what time they would be coming. I didn't receive a response until the next day saying the pick up time. I was already back in the states.

We used Central American Tours for our transfers during our stay in Costa Rica. They were very easy to book with and responsive to any questions. Drivers were nice and super helpful and prompt on pick up times.
We used their services as an airport picked, transfer from one hotel to another and then back to the airport. They were always on time and great customer service. We changed are pickup ti.e via email and got responses back extremely quickly. Will use them again when the need arises and would highly recommend.
Exceptional customer service - rare to find these days! Very attentive, professional and excellent communication. Zianny, Daniel and Juan went above and beyond to help us out - we left an item at the airport for our little one and they brought it to the hotel - amazing! We can’t thank them enough!

Our driver for the return trip o Liberia Airport was prompt, professional and very helpful. We arrived to the airport with plenty of time to check-in and grab some lunch and do a little more shopping before our flight back to the U.S.
