A somewhat divided opinion, because the tour guide was good and made an effort. However, the schedule seemed predetermined (a second group was traveling in parallel with us) and simply wasn't good for me. The nice welcome was at the fountain ... At the fountain means running water and you could barely understand anything. We continued into the city center and for what felt like an hour we were told about the beautiful cafes we were passing, but even though we had booked a tour in the morning at 9:30, we didn't go into a single one. That was very confusing and a real shame. The plan was to cross the city center and then eat olives and dried tomatoes at the beautiful market at the other end ... it wasn't that early anymore, but around 10:30, and we still hadn't had breakfast somehow. The nice guide did recommend a nice cafe around the corner, however, and we quickly grabbed a coffee to go there. After that, everything was better, and luckily we had our own water with us that we could drink. The rest of the tour, after finally having something to eat and drink, went as expected. Super socca, beer that nobody wanted, and finally a rosé that nobody wanted either, and all this in a country where you can otherwise eat absolutely excellently for very little money. All in all, many thanks to the guide, but overall the experience was not really recommendable; it could be better. In the evening the round might make sense, in the morning it makes no sense to me.

We had a lovely morning in Vieux Nice with Lara our guide. We tasted many delicious morsels on our tour. Lara was kind and informative. She demonstrated a genuine love for her city and it's culinary offerings! We would highly recommend this tour to friends and family! Many thanks Lara!

We had a wonderful 3+ hour food tasting tour while walking through old town Nice with our knowledgeable, experienced, and personable guide, Carmela. We started in the morning and tasted enough different food that we decided to skip lunch that day. By the end, we were armed with enough restaurant and site-seeing information that we were ready to venture out on our own to discover the rest of Nice. Highly recommended. Buy a ticket now.

Carmela was a great guide through the Nice market and old town historical district. We were introduced to some local food, cheeses, meats & vegetables in the market. Saw a a 500 year old fire oven still in operation turning out socca, a local fan fair, a pizza like delicacy and drank a socca beer. Next stop, olive oil introduction and tasting, to wine, meatballs and pastry of Swiss chard and dried tomato in herbs and olive oil. Delicious! Oh did I forget, the Victorian Age sweet shop. You’ll have to take the tour for more details and treasures

The experience was above our expectations. We have been on other food tours during our travels abroad and this is by far the best. Marion is pleasant, educated on both food and the rich history of the region. The food is spectacular. You could not get the quality of food that is provided at this price anywhere. Highly recommended.

Marion was such a lovely tour guide! She was passionate, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile at every stop. Our family included everyone from 9 years to 68 years old and we all enjoyed it. Our favourite stop was the historic dessert bakery and it set the tone for the rest of the tour. Marion also provided us with an incredible lunch spot recommendation after we left Nice. We absolutely delighted at the family-friendly, beautiful winery that we stopped at (Saint-Roux winery!) Thanks, Marion!

Very nice walking tour with a really nice and fun Guide. We got texts the night before with picture etc where we would meet which was appreciated. Our guide (Aline) was very concerned that we would all have a good time and carefully keep track of allergies. Seats are scarce so comfortable shoes are one of the preferred

Our tour included so many wonderful tastes, from fresh cherries and strawberries to three cheeses with the most tender sun-dried tomatoes, olives, truffles, chocolate, rose wine, socca, olive oil, chickpea beer, and more. Marion gave us touches of Nice history that entertained and supported our tastings. On a very hot day, Marion also found shady stops for us and even some shops with A/C.
