I’m reviewing the company, not the activity since I did not get to do the hot air balloon. The company was always communicating and very professional. They showed up to pick us up and we’re very timely. Unfortunately, on the way to the balloons , it was cancelled due to weather which is normal especially during this time. They returned us back to the hotel and were very apologetic. They kept us informed the following days to let us know if there was flight or not. Unfortunately, when they got the green light to fly , we were heading to the next city. Unlike Cappadocia, they didn’t cancel my reservation and then doubled the price. They allowed rescheduling with the same price. I requested the refund from viator and the company immediately approved the Viator request. This company is honest and transparent. They offer other services as well. If I ever have the opportunity to return , I would definitely use them due to this experience and I feel confident enough to recommend them.
