Had a two day stay booked on Rottnest. They cancelled our return ferry the night before due to “weather”. It was not bad weather at all and other companies still ran. They rebooked us on another ferry and lost our luggage. They told us they’d call us when it arrived and they never did. We had to drive back to Hillarys the next day to collect our lost bags. The staff at the counter were very rude. There was another family there who lost their bags too filling out forms. Pretty poor customer service all round given there were less than 50 people on the ferry! It was pretty clear they cancelled ours due to lack of customers. Now we know why!

Had a great experience! I really enjoyed the ride, even though I’m usually not a fan of ferries. Everything was well organised, and the journey was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Rottnest Island was a great day out - such a beautiful place to visit. Rottnest Fast Ferries made the experience so easy. Great communication when booking and clear instructions. Bus transfer driver was knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful in giving the best drop off point. Ferry ran on time and was comfortable and efficient. Would definitely recommend them as your ferry company if travelling to Rottnest.

Prefectly organised day. Bikes are prepared for the customers at the ferry. On the island it is Pretty impossible to miss the quokkas. They were mostly located around the main settlement’s shops and eating area. We departed and arrived as it was indicated on the itinery.

We spent an amazing day on Rottnest Island. I have booked the tickets less than 24hrs in advance and had a few questions after I received the confirmation. The lady on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Efficient process getting to and from Rottnest with bikes. The ride was smooth and the crew were friendly.

The process was easy, and I was playing with Kuvodka on Rodnest Island! Bicycles were also a must on the island and we enjoyed a fun panoramic cycling ride. The sea was so beautiful that I took a lot of photos. It is a highly recommended activity that allows you to play for a day.

Excellent service from initial contact with the girls at the counter in the morning to having the bikes and snorkel equipment ready and labelled with our names. Having the knowledge also that if we needed any help throughout the day on the island we knew who to contact. Bikes were in good condition. Options for an earlier ferry on the day as they had laid on an extra service. Staff around on the boat if needed and the option of drinks at the bar was very welcome in hot summer conditions. Free parking at Hillarys' Boat Harbour is also a big plus. I can definitely say this was the best day excursion I have ever been on due to the smooth running all day and friendliness of the team and of course you are on ONE AMAZING island. A credit to the company

need better bikes,....20 year old five speeds is not what you need for the hills of this island and wind....there were no options to upgrade.
