The narrator was easy to listen to and made the tour fun. The navigation through the museum was clear with visuals on the phone. I liked how it had videos and images as you went through the tour.

It's a no-go
I went online to purchase tickets to the Louvre. Trip advisor had some self guided tours as I had limited time there. I gave them the date I wanted to visit and the offered me tickets which I bought. Turned up to the Louvre and the museum is closed on Tuesdays. Not very happy that I missed this once in a lifetime chance.
