We arrived in RIO after an overnight flight from Houston, Texas, USA. Initially, we could not find our bus/driver. Eventually, he showed up in the Arrivals area with a sign with our Surname on it. It is perhaps understable that he was not visible on our arrival, as our flight was over 1.5 hours late. Bus was comfortable and journey good, letting us off with our luggage at the front door of the Windsor Leme hotel.
Transportation was on time, no issues finding the representative at the airport. Booked through Viator. The tour operator kept us informed via email.
Driver did not show! I had to take a cab Not sure what happened. I asked for a refund already I don’t know what else to write

The transfer was not clear on where to meet them and none was waiting for me at the door like I was informed. Instead, I was harassed by multiple men at the gate asking if I needed a ride and one man even got really close to me and was yelling while following me throughout the airport. Furthermore, when I found the kiosk, the organizer had a bad attitude and looked annoyed. He took me to a car outside with another individual that did not look like he worked for this company. Nor did he help with my bags. During the drive, the driver did not speak English (even though it was advertised as English speaking) and was using his phone while driving to translate the conversation. This I believe distracted him and made it unsafe while driving in traffic. The driver tried to sell me on additional tours and was very aggressive. I would have been better off getting an Uber myself and avoiding all the hassle.
Prompt service and polite staff. Booking transport in advance takes the stress out of finding something at the airport.
Yes, there was a person with a sign with our name on it. However, we had to wait for other people on the shared ride and we waited nearly an hour before we left the airport. After a long flight you don’t want to wait so long for your ride. The price was fair. But the wait was just too long.
Very nice and professional. They were on time and prepared for our arrival. They got us to our hotel safely.
The company had a sign with my name in it to easily identify themselves. The operator and driver were prompt. It was a car that picked us up and we were the only two.
They met me at the airport with a sign with my name on it. They put me in a private car with two women. Even better then a bus. The one woman spoke English quite well and pointed out all the highlights on the way to my hotel.
Very straightforward, easy to locate agents at airport. Slight delay whilst waiting for fellow travellers. All in all excellent journey - would highly recommend
