Great service! Directions, tickets etc delivered 3 hours prior to our tour time. Directions were clear and precise. Had an easy time getting in to the Basilica interior and dome. 10/10 would book again with them for other tours. Skip the line is optimal. The lines were long otherwise.
Not a very good experience. Meeting point was non existent. Had to message company and waited 15mins for being sent a QR code with rubbish instructions. Finally found where to queue and stood in the boiling heat for an hour. Meanwhile people who had not booked were walking straight past us and into the church. All in all a waste of time doing it this way.
We are sincerely sorry that you had to face this situation. We provided you with the proper instructions, but it seems that they may not have been followed accordingly, which is why this happened.
