We first found OG Saigon through their website and booked an airport pickup. Our experience started with a little disaster because our luggage was lost, and we had to stay at the airport for almost an extra hour to complete the paperwork. Nam waited patiently for us the entire time, with no complaints at all. After a long flight and the stress of losing our luggage, we really appreciated his patience and kindness. That first experience gave us a lot of confidence in OG Saigon, so my family decided to book their private Cu Chi experience as well. It turned out to be a great decision. Everything was well organized, personal and enjoyable, and we had a wonderful time. No regrets at all. A big thank you to Nam and the OG Saigon team for taking such good care of my family. I had a fantastic experience with Nam! After a long flight, it was such a relief to see a professional driver waiting for me right at the airport. The whole pickup process was smooth and stress-free, no confusion, no waiting. The car was clean, comfortable, free water. Really happy with this airport transfer. Nam was waiting for us when we arrived and made the whole journey very easy. He was friendly, helpful and drove safely. We also appreciated that he was happy to make a quick stop at an ATM and banh mi stall for us. Great service and definitely worth booking in advance.
