Thank you for your feedback and recommendation! We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing rooftop views and had a good overall experience. Our featured tour cocktails are selected in advance by each rooftop to help keep the experience running smoothly, but guests are always welcome to purchase additional drinks of their choice. We also appreciate your comments about the organization of the information shared and will keep that in mind as we continue refining the tour. Thank you for joining us!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We try to share just enough of the stories behind the city to make the experience more interesting without turning it into a history lecture! Ending the evening with dinner on a rooftop sounds like the perfect finish. Thanks for joining us and for recommending Asheville Rooftop Bar Tours!

Thank you for joining us and for sharing your feedback! We understand that having already experienced some of Asheville’s rooftop venues can make that part of the tour less of a discovery. One thing future and repeat guests may find helpful is that our tours rotate among eight different rooftop bars, so the experience can vary from tour to tour. We’re also happy to work with returning visitors whenever possible to create a more personalized itinerary featuring rooftops they haven’t experienced before. Just let us know when booking. We appreciate your recognizing that your previous visits influenced your experience, and we hope you’ll join us again so we can introduce you to a few new Asheville favorites!

Thank you for the kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the rooftop locations, Asheville stories, and a few of those unexpected “basement” surprises along the way! 😊 We also appreciate the suggestion about snacks. While our standard tours include a complimentary drink at each stop, food is not included; however, guests are always welcome to order food or additional drinks when time allows. Thanks for exploring Asheville with us!

Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the tour, and great advice on the shoes—comfortable footwear definitely makes exploring downtown Asheville even more enjoyable! We hope you’ll join us for another rooftop adventure next time you’re in town. 🍹🏔️

Thank you for joining us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the overall experience and felt it was a good value, though we’re sorry some aspects didn’t meet your expectations. Our guides do share history and architectural stories specifically connected to the buildings, landmarks, and views visible from each rooftop, so we’re disappointed that this part of the experience didn’t come through as strongly as we would have liked during your tour. We appreciate knowing that you would have enjoyed even more of that storytelling. We also appreciate your comments about the cocktails and sunset viewing. Rooftop seating and the position of the setting sun can vary, but providing guests with a memorable sunset experience is important to us, and your feedback will help us continue working with our rooftop partners to improve the experience. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. Guest feedback—both positive and constructive—helps us continue making our tours better.
