This was one amazing trip!! From Tirana, it started early in the morning so make sure prepare some snacks on the road. Huge thanks to our guide Claudia, for really detailed Albania history, and all recommendations on our stops. Sarande, Ksamil and Blue eye We had wonderful day!
The pickup was at 5:15 and at a pickup point, not at the hotel. We booked the excursion in Spanish and it was in English, but despite that, the excursion was good. Our guide Luisa was very attentive.

Top-tier experience definitely would recommend this tour. The tour guide was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. She made the whole experience even better by constantly engaging with us in personal conversations, which made the tour feel much more relaxed and personal. The departure time is quite early, especially if your hotel is in Tirana, so be prepared for an early start. The only additional fee you might have to pay is for the train ride to the Blue Eye, which costs about €3. Overall, definitely worth it!
Claudia was a great guide. She was very very informative and respected our time. We spent the appropriate amount of times on each stop. I appreciated it.

Truly satisfying, as well as punctual with the times, welcoming and helpful, especially the tour operator Claudia; I would say that besides being professional, she showed a very great and noble heart... for what she did for me and my son: during the visit to the park's river... we both had an accident, accidentally falling into the water and sustaining various abrasions and both losing our sandals... Claudia took care to buy a first aid kit during the bus ride and treat our wounds, but she also thought about buying sandals for me and my son... so we could get off the bus and walk around Tirana... You need to be prepared for a long day! We had a 5am pick up and we got back to the hotel just before 11:30pm! The day was enjoyable albeit not quite what we thought it would be but good to see a different side to Albania. Ledia was lovely and kept informed via WhatsApp of pick up times/locations and was on hand if you needed anything during free time and as we needed to get a taxi which was arranged by the company after the bus dropped off, she text to ask if we got back safe which was a really nice touch!
