ユダヤのプラハ：シナゴーグと墓地 少人数午後ツアー

My tour was a really enjoyable, educational and eye-opening experience. My guide was Zina and I could not recommend her more highly. She was extremely knowledgeable on the complete history of Jewish presence in Prague, from beginnings, through medieval, through Habsburg empire, through German occupation, through Communism to the present. Zina was very generous with her time and very passionate about educating us on both the plight of the Jews in Prague through history, while also acknowledging the positive historical events that helped reduce segregation and abuses of human rights. She was able to point out the highlights of every synagogue, the many landmarks and the cemetery, to ensure maximum “bang for the buck” in the available time. I learned many sobering and sad facts that all fair-minded people need to know if we are to avoid repeating the mistakes of our predecessors. But I had a great time and was sorry when tour ended. I highly recommend this tour and especially Zina. Many thanks! PS: meeting point is misleading on map. It appears to be inside the Maisel Synagogue but is actually just inside front courtyard facing Maiselova.
