My friend and I really wanted to do a gyoza workshop in a small-scale and personal setting, and this experience was exactly what we were hoping for. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms and taken care of so well throughout the entire experience. The workshop was partly led by the restaurant owner, who has been making gyoza with passion for many years. You could really feel the love and dedication that goes into what they do. We had such a lovely and enjoyable workshop and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a more personal and authentic experience rather than a large, commercial workshop.
