As a solo traveler, doing that tour helped me so much to understand better the Egyptian culture! When you travel alone you see a lot but I always want to share my experience with someone. Going with the group was the perfect combo and Amed our guide was so nice and full of knowledge!! It was like going out with friends. Everyone was super friendly I had such a great time! Had a lovely 10 days in Egypt travelling with the Wandering Sphinx. We saw so much of Cairo and what the city has to offer: the famous Saladin citadel, mosques, churches and museums. My favourite was the Nile boat ride where we had dinner while cruising on the Nile and saw the lights and glamour of Cairo. We also saw a great and unique concert with Egyptian traditional music and customs. The food was always extremely fresh and tasty, Ahmed knows all the best restaurants in Cairo :) then we spent 4 days in Hurghada relaxing on the beach of the Red Sea with all you can eat buffets.
