Went with a student group. They enjoyed taking pictures as they explored the museum. Recommended.

The attractions themselves were interesting and worth seeing. However, it was far too crowded. Tickets were all booked online in advance. Instead of reducing the number of guests for a certain amount of time, everyone was seemingly just let in. The lockers were already fully occupied, so you had to take a jacket, backpacks, etc. In less than an hour we were through as it just got too stressful and too crowded. But 47 euros for 2 people unfortunately overstated.

Very interesting exhibits at a reasonable price. We were fortunate that few people were present, so we could test everything in detail.

The visit was quite short – after about 30 minutes you were already through. Unfortunately, one real highlight was missing, and at least two exhibits were out of order. The service was fine, but the museum shop was significantly overpriced. Overall, the museum simply offers too little for the high entrance fee, which is why I would not recommend it.

We were at the Paradox Museum for a good 1.5 hours and couldn't get out of the astonishment. Partly we adults had felt more fun than the 12-year-old teenager 😄 Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was always a staff member nearby who was happy to answer questions or give tips on taking pictures. In part, the staff also offered to photograph us. Great service!!!

There is something for everyone! The teenager who wants to take pictures, the person who wants to get to the bottom of the phenomenon and everyone who wants to experience something new. The location is great, the staff like to explain everything and are incredibly friendly and helpful..my son and I loved it. It is a rather small “museum” and you have to take your time and just have fun together. Anyone who can do that is absolutely right. Go and have a good time together.

We really liked the museum. We spent almost two hours at the museum. The kids didn't want to go home. I especially liked the spaceship and the kaleidoscope. The price is normal, no more expensive than going out for dinner with the whole family. . We visited the museum on a weekday afternoon. The staff is very friendly. It's warm in the museum.

We arrived too late because there was a demonstration in Hamburg and we were stuck in traffic for a long time. We were denied admission and no replacement or alternative appointment was offered. Tickets paid online - without any consideration. Absolutely not enough! That's how you can make your money. Rude, stubborn and absolute impudence.

We were there on Saturday, January 4th afternoon. That it was completely overcrowded that day is not to blame the museum in principle. However, the question arises why you book a time slot and it is still completely crowded. The entrance fee is completely unreasonably expensive: for 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years) we paid 73 euros. The visit was really not impressive: some exhibits were closed and overall this exhibition falls far short of expectations. In fact, a good half hour is enough to see and experience the little. Overall really disappointing and on top of that completely overpriced. Even the museum shop had really nothing to offer. The whole thing is quite an outrage and a rip-off.

The visit was very disappointing and the exhibits rather boring. I wanted to see if the museum could become a future destination with our daycare children, but I have to deny it - they would rather get bored there! Absolutely no comparison to the universe in Bremen, where you can try and do a lot. Entry with over 20,- per adult is much too expensive and 90 min. you definitely cannot spend there, rather about 20 min.
