Even though we were running late, Karin has made us feel at home! We had a lot of time to practice and paint kokeshi. All of that while drinking a delicious matcha late in a beautiful atmospherical store. I would higjly recommend it for anyone who would like to have an experience from the more traditional side!

The view inside the shop was absolutely breathtaking. I've never seen so many kokeshi dolls in one place—it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. We joined the kokeshi painting workshop, and Karin, one of the staff members, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She patiently taught us about the history of kokeshi dolls and carefully explained how to paint them. Thanks to her warm smile and thoughtful guidance, we were able to create beautiful kokeshi dolls of our own. The matcha drink was also delicious, with a rich and authentic tea flavor. Enjoying the painting experience together with the matcha made us feel deeply connected to traditional Japanese culture. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Japan!
