The guided tour was exceptional. The transfer was comfortable for traveling, incredible places despite the clouds, and our guide, Gavin, was superlative.

The day we had booked ended up being rainy all day. Rather than the photos in ad, we just got rained on for hours on end, and saw only clouds and fog. When it became clear that they couldn't deliver the trip we'd scheduled, some fellow passengers tried to get the guide to change the itinerary. However he insisted that we should do the original itinerary as planned, while admitting that we wouldn't see much. So we were dragged from place to place where most things were closed and there was nothing to see or do, and instead had to wait there for 40 minutes or an hour each time. At one point he held up photos from his phone to show us what things would look like if it hadn't rained, as if that was supposed to be of any benefit. Without the view, the stops are completely meaningless--like a convenience store in the middle of nowhere. The operators run this trip daily and knew exactly what would happen, but rather than offering an alternative route that was weather suitable, or just canceling and returning the money, they preferred to keep the money and drag through the rain all day. Given our limited time in Tokyo, it was a huge waste of time, and I really cannot recommend this experience to future travelers.

Gavin is an extraordinary guide, very attentive and concerned with providing the best possible experience.

We had such a great experience. Appreciate Ro for everything. Ro was very polite, on time for every location, and was very informational. He made it his priority for our group to have a great time.

It was a awesome trip, it exceed our expectations, even with some rain we saw Mount Fuji! Ro was the perfect driver and guide for this experience, and we thank him for all the places he showed us and explain the history. Highly recommend!
