Disgraceful….. We got turned around at the train station, driver would not wait for us , saw him drive straight past us …even waived at him ….kept going Never use this company…

Amazing Mt. Fuji tour! 🗻❤️ Even though I unfortunately didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji because of the weather, I still had such a wonderful experience. Our driver was absolutely amazing – incredibly kind, friendly, helpful and caring throughout the whole day. He made the trip so enjoyable and I’m really grateful for everything. 🥰 I would definitely recommend this tour, and hopefully next time I’ll finally get to see Mt. Fuji! 🇯🇵✨

The guide was very kind. And even though the weather didn't allow us to see Mount Fuji, the visit to the town alone is worth it

A good days fun. The weather prohibited us from seeing Mt Fuji, but the day was spent with Joe driving us around the local spots, sightseeing and creating memories. Good value for money.

Very positive guide and group experience, too bad about the weather. We didn't see anything of Mount Fuji....... but if it had been sunny, everything would have been different

Way too long especially when you can’t see Mt Fuji due to clouds. The transportation turned out to be bus for 10 and very cramped for legs. The tour description said small bus for 25 which would be more comfortable. We were picked up at Tokyo station at 7:30a and returned at 7:30pm. Too long! Several stops could be cut shortened by 10 minutes. All locations would be good otherwise

Incredibly lucky to see views of Mt Fuji at this time of year; but Ro our tour guide/driver was very friendly and gave us the best chance of seeing Fuji based on his experience. His knowledge of the area and the villages/lakes we visited was spot on

We went on an excursion to the different viewpoints of Mount Fuji with Gavin and it was a great experience. He was very kind, punctual, and attentive throughout the day. Before each stop, he explained to us where we were, what we were going to see, and gave us all the necessary information to enjoy each place to the fullest. A very professional and approachable guide, who made the excursion even more special. Thank you very much, Gavin! 😊🗻🇯🇵

Well done Gavin! Very approachable. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out although Mt Fuji views were restricted! Great day, maybe the whole day could have been explained at the start of the day. Last stop not needed. Took a long time to get back to Tokyo.
