We really enjoyed the show. The scale of the production and the special effects were genuinely impressive. At some points, there were dozens of performers on stage at the same time, and the show even uses the mountain itself as part of the scenery to create an incredible visual experience. It was unlike anything we had seen before and absolutely worth experiencing. With our VIP tickets, we were also given translation devices, which helped us follow the story and understand what was happening throughout the performance. The only downside was the seating. Unfortunately, our seats were quite high up, and the rows in our section were almost at the same level rather than properly elevated. Because of this, our view was frequently blocked and we had to stand for a large part of the show in order to see the stage. I also especially want to mention **Splendid Tang Tours**, who organised the tour for us. Unfortunately, the booking platform itself did not send me any information about the tickets, which created a serious problem on the day of the show. The team from Splendid Tang Tours spent around an hour travelling to the venue so they could reserve and collect the tickets themselves and make sure we actually received them. I am incredibly grateful to them for going out of their way to help us. Without their effort, we might have missed the show completely. Thanks to them, everything worked out and we were able to enjoy this wonderful experience.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your view blocked and to stand for much of the performance. Unfortunately, due to incomplete passport information for all guests at the time of booking, we were unable to secure seats in advance. We made repeated attempts to contact you and the platform, but as the show date approached without the necessary details, our team took the extraordinary step of using our own ID to reserve and collect the tickets at the venue, just to ensure you wouldn’t miss the show. Because the tickets were secured at the very last minute, only rear seats were available. We are truly grateful that it all worked out and that you were able to enjoy the performance. Your kind recognition of our team’s efforts means the world to us—going the extra mile for our guests is always our priority.
