I will say it was a little scary because it was my first trip ever to mainland China. I didn't understand the Visa process or that NOW only two points accepted an EZ visa entry. No need to apply for a visa months in advance in your home country or say I can't go because I didn't plan in advance. I was amazed that within two hours, I was traveling around Schenzen, China from Hong Kong with my awesome tour guide, Adam. A very flexible tour to make sure I experienced everything I wanted and even some extra tech shopping (I could spend days here SHOPPING!). IF you're nervous to go, don't, book THIS tour. Especially if you're traveling solo. Adam explained everything(sadly I was a confused mess but he really "hand held" pre trip) so I felt prepared.. including his teasing. To see the gadgets and tech that mainland China has PLUS an incredible view for lunch (I really hope you like sushi). The day is great, don't rush to return. Pace yourself and take advantage of being there as much as possible.

Adam was by far the best tour guide. He went out of his way to tailor the trip to our interest. He was very informative. Everything went very smooth. We loved it when he got our coffee delivered by drone.

We highly recommend this tour! Not only is Adam an excellent and accommodating guide, he is a great example of a hard working and determined young person. We came from Hong Kong for the day, and secured a visa on arrival. This process took two hours on the morning of the tour. We arrived at the port of entry (Lo Wu) before 9am and were first in line at the visa office. Adam met us outside of the port. There are five entry points for the visa on arrival and Adam will recommend the other port(s) that are convenient for the tour schedule. At the end of the day Adam delivered us to the bullet train station for our return trip to Hong Kong. This day was a highlight of a two week trip to Asia.

Adam went the extra mile to make our tour as great as possible. Despite the wet day, it was an amazing and unforgetable experience, thanks to the tailor-made combination of tradition, history and cutting-edge technology.

I had an amazing day with Adam, this was easily the best tour I did during my visit in Hongkong. Adam took all the stress out of the border crossing and transit to Shenzhen. It was a unique, futuristic, and memorable day from start to finish. Trying out next generation gear like the exoskeleton suit, visiting the tower, getting lunch from a drone and taking robo taxis were true highlights. And I got some cool gadgets from the local electronics markets. Adam knows Shenzhen inside and out and brought every spot we visited to life with great background and context. Thank you again, Adam!

Had a good time looking at the tech market and trying the delivery drones and self-driving car. Our guide Adam was enthusiastic and let us walk around and cycle at our own pace. Overall a fun experience!

We had a great day with Adam, despite the weather being very wet. Adam adapted to the conditions throughout the day and "went the extra mile", to give us most of the experiences which we had hoped for (some being unfortunately affected by the weather). As an example, he helped us with meals, including one before we boarded the train back to Hong Kong as it had got late in the evening before we finished the tour. If you’re on a tight schedule in HK and you want to do a Shenzhen tech tour in a day, this a great way to do it. There’s lots of flexibility in the tour and you can basically see as much techi stuff as you wish. We finished the day off with really enjoyable coastal bike ride. Shout out to Adam for making the border crossing easy and long day very memorable.

Very chill and relaxed tour at our own pace. Adam was very friendly and spoke both English to my husband and Mandarin to me. His English was excellent as he told us he has studied at university in the UK. A fun and interesting way to spend a few hours - something a bit different to the normal tourist stuff we've done before. Definitely recommend.
