A truly bad experience. First of all, we received an email the day before notifying us that there was a change of boat and boarding location that was really very far away. When we arrived, we saw that they were putting on wristbands of different colors, so we asked if ours corresponded to the all-inclusive service with meals and an open bar that we had contracted, and we were attended to by a man named Juan who claimed to be the owner of the "Mamá Gloria" vessel, who dedicated himself to mistreating us constantly and saying that it was a problem of the company that sold the tickets that we had a different service than what they offered us and that he had no responsibility. We explained to him that that is not the case, since his responsibility, that he has as much responsibility as the company he uses to sell his tickets, he began to threaten us with not letting us board in a very aggressive way, which frustrated our possibility of taking an excursion on our last day in Ibiza. On board the catamaran, nothing improved; the toilets didn't work, the boat was very deteriorated, not a single comment about safety issues, the crew members, who were 4 for almost 80 people, were very unfriendly, to the point of me asking for a napkin and him responding "I can't find them," then upstairs there were some beds for sunbathing, but as soon as people sat down, they would come to tell you that you had to pay an additional 100 euros, and so on with several additional charges for everything, drinks, food, even though we had paid for an all-inclusive service that detailed that all of that was included. It is a shame that this Mr. Juan is in charge of a company and dedicates himself to mistreating customers in that way. I do not recommend it in any way, choose another option!!
