We had such a wonderful experience with Sam as our tour guide in Mongolia! From the very beginning, he was punctual, prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable. He is extremely well-versed in Mongolian culture, history, and current events, and with his flawless English, he was able to answer every question we had with ease. What truly made Sam exceptional was how far he went above and beyond to make our tour memorable and comfortable. We were traveling with our very active baby boy, and Sam was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating. He even offered to help carry our baby during part of the tour! He was extremely flexible with our baby’s feeding schedule and unexpected changes, never making us feel rushed or inconvenienced. Sam also allowed us to customize the tour based on what we wanted to see and experience. Beyond the tour itself, he generously gave us suggestions on how to make the most of the rest of our time in Mongolia while also helping us find ways to save money. Sam didn’t just give us a tour—he helped make our stay in Mongolia truly special. Because of his kindness, knowledge, flexibility, and genuine hospitality, this is a trip we will remember with great fondness and gratitude for many years to come. I really enjoyed this private tour of the Chinggis Khaan Statue and Terelj National Park. My guide — Sam — was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I particularly appreciated his flexibility in tailoring the day to my interests and going at a pace that suited me. It made the experience feel personal and relaxed.

Sam was a fabulous guide. Full of knowledge about, and passion for, his country. He speaks great English. He was flexible about the itinerary and knew all the best toilet stops for aging travellers. He found perfect photo opportunities and took lots of pictures on his own phone, which has a great lens. He sent them to us via WhatsApp. We saw the statue of Chinngis Khaan and climbed to the top, after touring the ground floor - amazing views of the stunning landscape. We visited some birds of prey and held them then we went to the National Park where we visited gers and had traditional snacks and Airag, the national drink of Mongolia. We moved on to visit a temple high up in the hills - another stunning view. The day could not have been organised any better. Sam was delightful!

Sam was a great guide and took me to the statue and rock. I booked solo. I was not interested in other sites so we skipped and went back to the city early to beat traffic (sometimes it is 3 hours in traffic). Easy communication over WhatsApp and plenty of time at the statue including ascent up the horse's head. There's an opportunity to dress up in traditional clothes while at the statue and take photos in a mock ger. Afterwards we discussed additional private and customized tours for the rest of my trip.

Sam is a very gentle and polite guy. He took me on a private tour and was really nice. He speaks good english and we had a very nice chat. He explained me a lot of things, not only about things we were seeing but also about the country in general. Thanks Sam

I booked at the very last minute at noon, and Olga picked me up from my hotel by 2:30 pm! As a solo female traveller, I felt very comfortable having a private tour with a female guide. Olga speaks English very well and was so patient, helping me take a hundred photos! Having that personal attention made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend booking a private tour. It’s so much easier and more flexible than travelling with a large group, and the price was very reasonable considering the guide’s time, fuel, and everything involved. Sam was an excellent guide and very easy going. A lot of tour operators will cancel the tour if not enough people participate, but Sam took me out anyway even though I was travelling alone. And I'm glad he did because it turned out to be a very good day, and we were able to cover some of the key sights outside the city, while still being able to take it easy and even make one or two extra little stops that we might not have been able to with a bigger group. The Terelj National Park was definitely the highlight. It's beautiful out there and the scenery is amazing.

Our guide Sam was very accommodating, informative and helpful. We had a wonderful day trip to the various attractions, especially in Terelj National Park where we did horse-riding, tried out local milk wine made by a nomadic family and had a lovely traditional Mongolian dish of beef and potato. Would recommend for Yadav as a tour guide!
