It's great. It's a great trip. Very professional crew and seamless to get there. Lovely staff. Would recommend

Awesome Alcatraz Tour
Myself and a colleague decided to take advantage of some free time and spent 3hrs or so on the tour. We took a Wamo down to the pier, scary. The day could've been cool, but turned our beautifully. I was dressed for the cold Bay. The ferry ride over was smooth and generation sites in the Bay. The self-guided audio tour was great. Went could pause, walk, sit and listen at our own pace. Great history and amazing sites and pictures. A quick visit to the store and back on a ferry ride back to thd dock. The entire visit was between 3-4 hours for us plus the Wamo ride to and from our hotel in the Terderloin District. A must if you've never experienced it.

Exceptional experience. The audio description for the self-guided tour was professional and efficient, providing engaging commentary. The staff were all welcoming and helpful! Enjoyed the ferry to the prison and returned with much to contemplate.

Beautiful experience, it is worth doing the Alcatraz tour and the audio guide is essential and is done very well.

Highlight of San Francisco!!!!
I was concerned with how many ppl they put on a boat initially but just a short ferry 15 mins The cost was great for the experience. The highlight of San Francisco most definitely Absolutely loved this experience Fabulous being able to say I've been here Rest rooms, guide programs and headsets, gift shop, short boat ride. Please go see this!!
