Misleading - Priority Access does not include Lift
We paid $200 for the "priority access" tour to the duomo and the rooftop. Warning: priority access to the terrace does not include lift access, it is by stairs. The descriptions is misleading as it does not say 200 stairs anywhere in the description.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that priority access was provided and the tour operated as described. At check-in, you were informed that the rooftop access for this experience is via stairs. No request for elevator access was raised at that time.
Elevator access is not included in the booked experience or stated on the voucher, and availability for the rooftop elevator is limited and subject to the cathedral’s conditions. We appreciate you sharing your perspective.
