The tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to answer anyone's questions. If you like old NY buildings this is one tour you want to take.

Amazing detailed info about an amazing place. NYC historic buildings have so many details, you do need a guide to point out the work and the meaning. And then, you can just admire the incredible sights.
Remarkable tour. So much to learn about the man Woolworth, his legacy, the building and NYC. The guide Ed is so knowledgeable and personable. A Must take tour.
Ed gave us a complete guided two-hour tour with historical context and current relevance. The people in the group were friendly and Ed was able to answer our various questions along the way. I am a New Yorker, but I recommend this walking tour to visitors and residents alike who want to learn more about the financial, political, and media development of New York City and the effects on our beautiful country the USA!
The building is absolutely gorgeous, rich in detail and meaning. Ed was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide who made the history of the place feel alive. I am disabled and was relieved that we were allowed to sit whenever needed. Restrooms were available, as was plenty of time to snap photos

We had a great experience on the Woolworth Building tour. Ed, the guide, was knowledgeable and made the history of the building very interesting. The architectures the building is stunning, and we learned many fascinating details around the history. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York and want to learn more about commerce and his history.
