It was raining quite when we were supposed to enter, but they contacted us beforehand and sent everything digitally, which made things much easier customer service wa helpful and we also liked the visitor map with interesting information about the Basilica and Rome.
It’s convenient to have reserved entry to the Basilica as it saves a lot of time queueing. I had a solemn visit with an audioguide that was easy to follow and very informative.
Guide was a great communicator and easy to find at the meet up point. This is just what we were looking for!
Awful! Wrong directions and no guided tour. They dumped us and left us. This was just a grab for money to skip the line.

Great to experience the beauty of the basicila. The guide was sick so I ended up doing everything on my own. Company was good in sending over all the necessary information ahead of time though. The view from the dome is incredible

St. Peter’s is a must see. Be prepared to still wait in a line even with online ticket purchase. Viator guide, Joseph, was great. He waited at the pick up spot for us and escorted us to “skip the line” entrance. He was very thorough and helpful.
