Everything was wonderful, they were very attentive, thank you so much, we're very pleased.
Well organized and best option to book in advance to not wait long lines. Meeting point and explanations was very clear and detailed. Our host Joseph was so helpful and he provided a visual document to us to check around what is in the city. I highly recommend, for sure best value for money

The only positive from that experience was that we could skip the line at the entrance. There were no headphones provided for audio tour and the info about Basilica was very basic (could get them online anyway). Felt like I spent them money for nothing really. The entrance to the Basilica is for free and if you are ok with longer line than there is no need to purchase this experience.

First, regarding the audio guide and headphones: our product description clearly states before purchase that headphones are not included and that visitors are required to bring their own earphones to use the digital audio guide on their smartphone. The digital audio guide itself was provided exactly as advertised. In addition, our host went beyond the advertised service to assist you. As you did not have an internet connection, our team provided you with internet access at the meeting point so that you could successfully download the audio guide before entering the Basilica. This assistance is offered as a courtesy to ensure our guests can enjoy the experience without inconvenience. Regarding your comment that “the entrance to the Basilica is free and there is no need to purchase this experience,” we believe this statement is misleading for future travelers. The service you purchased included reserved-entry tickets with unique QR codes, which were issued to you and successfully used for your entry into St. Peter’s Basilica. These are reserved admission tickets, not complimentary walk-in access. Your booking also included our hosted check-in service, entry assistance, a multilingual digital audio guide, and a printed visitor map. As you also mention in your review, you were able to skip the regular queue, which confirms that the reserved entry service was successfully delivered. This is precisely the purpose of the experience and one of the main reasons many travelers choose to book it. Loved St Peter’s. Tour company were amazing as we had to change our time at the last minute due to the failures of another agent. Customer service was great. Prompt messaging and phone calls to help us. Also the agent met us by St Peter’s to check everything was okay. Great service.
