This was a terrible experience. We were afraid we were going to get left by our cruise ship, the blow hole was not blowing, which they knew it would not be when we got there, it was almost dark when we got to the place and the vendors were so pushy , worse than anywhere we have ever been, it was actually scary , the whole thing was a bad experience.

Our tour guide Aaron gave us options to maximize our time . Took detour which was so surprising and wonderful

Riding on the beach with 12 yr old grandson was a joy. Our guide was delightful. Driver very capable. He found my Seapass card that had fallen on the rest room floor. Without it I don’t know how I would have gotten back on ship. We got some family gifts near bufadora in large marketplace area.

Had a great time with our family and friends. Our tour kind was informative and kind. The blowhole was really cool.

It was nice that our driver, Yoshiro, spoke good English. He was very helpful, came through the flea market at the Bufadora with us. Which is helpful because the street vendors were very aggressive trying to sell us things. The taco restaurant there that he recommended was delicious but very crowded. We were early in the crowd, but there were already a lot of people and we couldn't go back for anything more because the line was so long. There were not enough tables for everyone. We had to pay 75 cents a person to use the toilet. I would not recommend more than twelve for the van. We were pretty tight, but it was fun. The kids liked the horses on the beach. Some adults went to a restaurant near there to wait for them. The directions on how to meet our driver could have been clearer, like say go to the front gate to the San Pedro port, which is the second gate after you leave the ship. Then the driver was across a street on the right not far outside the last (and main) gate. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk from the ship. I liked that we had a van just for our family of twelve. and it was air conditioned and our driver was pleasant and understanding and he let us decide our timing, what to do, etc.

Many issues with this tour. First we were given directions on where to find driver and walked around for an hour trying to find him. I tried to message and call many times with no success. I finally reached someone who sounded asleep and said that he would call the driver and then hung up. When we finally made contact he said he had to move where he was parked. There was no apology or explanation. We then went horseback riding off the side of a road and we were thrown on horses and took off. No guide in front just walking with my daughter’s horse. The whole experience was about 30 minutes. After that we went to the Bufadora where we were given a sticker with the drivers name. He said to wear it to get good deals but it just made us targets for the vendors. When we were ready to leave, he sat in the car and never opened the door for us. We asked him to drive us back to the market close to the cruise ship and our tour was over about 2:00. Disappointed for sure for the money paid. We asked for a refund through the app but was denied. I would advise AGAINST booking with this tour guide.

The horse ride on the shore was horrible. There was no step to get upon the horse and I am 69 years old and it was impossible to mount until the "owner" hoisted me up. There was a woman on the right side who pulled my right leg to get me upright. BAD IDEA--My right knee hurt all the way through the "ride" and 3 days afterwards. I asked politely 3 times to get off that drat horse, but the employees ignored me. Blow Hole was exciting.

Seeing my granddaughter smile! It was an enjoyable, respectful, kind trip. The horses were gentle and were treated right. Thank you.

Jorge our tour guide and driver was right on time. He gave us great info on the local area and was a superb host.

Horseback Riding, our tour guide was the sweetest. We appreciate Yoshiro for driving us around. He showed up at the last minute because the original person wasn’t available.
