アントワープ発ホップオン・ホップオフツアー

Present at the agreed time. 45 minutes waiting for a bus. Called a number that was on the voucher. Voicemail that they were on vacation! Furthermore, the trip went well

It was my mom and myself it was raining we got on the tram and at every stop except 2 he didn’t even stop and when he did stop at the Museum I asked if we could get off and he said no. We paid for the hop on hop off and he never allowed us to get off it really was a disappointment. We ended up just walking around the Hilton Hotel we were staying at my mom is disabled so without the tram we had no way to get around

Very poor service. No easily accessible schedule. Are there 2 different schedules for the 2 tours? No list of possible stops to plan your day. Finally, we found the times: we missed the 12:00 PM bus, it left in front of us in front of the station. The next one is at 12:45 PM. We returned around 12:35 PM, we waited until 1:10 PM! No bus and no explanation...
