細部までこだわったミニチュアでアムステルダムの800年を発見。 13世紀のアムステルダムの起源から始まり、1675年のダム広場の縮尺モデルに移ります。 その後、年代構成は放棄され、1990年代の歓楽街やザーンセ・シャンス（稼働中の風車を含む ） 、 運河沿いのカナルパレードのシーンを通り過ぎていく。 ビデオ画面と音声を通して、それぞれの設定について学びます。 すべてのシーンが軽いわけではない : 第二次世界大戦中のニーウマルクトも再現され、広場を囲むミニチュアの有刺鉄線や、アンネ・フランク邸の縮尺模型も完成している。 他の場所では、ドールハウス風のレンブラント邸やオランダ語黄金時代の堂々とした船に出会う。

An amazing alternative to all other art-oriented museum around, giving you an amazing overview of Amsterdam’s and the Netherland’s history
Very nicely made. And especially because of the treasure hunt well suited for young children. Clear and clear information. I was positively surprised!
The origins of Amsterdam in 1275, the Dam Square in the 17th century, the Secret Annex, King's Day in the Vondelpark, the Red Light District, the squatter riots in the 80s and much more. Beautifully made models that are clearly made with a lot of love and dedication. A listening tour is possible, but only distracting in my opinion. More fun is to just look at everything at your leisure and discover something new over and over again. Don’t expect an in-depth exhibition on the history of Amsterdam here. Fun and entertaining it is. Ticket is with EUR 17.50 at the high price, small discount for museum annual ticket holders and students.
Amazing and interactive way to get to know the history of Amsterdam 😍 the diversity of the topics make it truly a treat to walk through it. From Pride to WWII to Vondelpark to Red Light District. Everything looks really neat and well taken care of and the staff is super friendly.
