I can't recommend this experience enough. Practising yoga on the cliffs in Los Cristianos, with the sound of the ocean and the most beautiful views, was something I'll never forget. Bethany created such a calm, safe, and welcoming space that I completely switched off from the outside world. By the end of the session I was unexpectedly emotional, in the best possible way. It felt like I'd let go of so much I didn't even realise I was carrying. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself than I have in a long time. Thank you, Bethany, for such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. It was one of the highlights of my holiday in Tenerife, and I'll definitely be back.
