We had a wonderful time visiting Puebla with Dave. The attention from the team was excellent from the beginning. Before the tour, they contacted us with useful recommendations about what to bring and explained clearly where to meet. Our guide was very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the tour. My husband and I have some difficulty walking quickly, and he was always very understanding and willing to wait for us. He also adjusted the pace of the tour so we could enjoy everything without feeling rushed. We really enjoyed the tour and felt that we got to see a more authentic side of Puebla, not just the usual tourist places. Our guide was happy to answer all our questions and share stories about the places we visited. At the end, he even gave us some extra time so we could enjoy the sites at our own pace. We really appreciated his kindness and patience. We are very grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puebla

My partner and I had the best time with Karol! She was punctual, super friendly, and shared awesome local stories. Her food spots were 10/10 you HAVE to try the tacos árabes and oriental pizza she recommended. Highly recommend!

First of all, myself and my travel companions could not have been happier with this your, they were so happy I suggested it. David was a wonderful guide, energetic, very knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of the questions we had about Puebla. This walking tour is the way to go, you will see and learn way more than you would if you were wandering on your own, and will learn about all of great places to go that you may have otherwise have missed. (Antojeria Nacional was a fantastic restaurant recommendation!)

Wonderful guided walking tour by David who is an amazing story teller, knows all the secrets of Puebla and really loves his hometown. We got various info regarding history, culture, local food, modern life etc

We had the pleasure of spending two days with David during our visit to Puebla—first on a walking tour of the historic center and then on a half-day trip to Cholula. Both experiences were excellent. David is incredibly knowledgeable and informative, but what really made the tours special was how engaging and personable he is. Nothing felt scripted or rushed. It honestly felt less like being on a formal tour and more like spending time exploring with a very knowledgeable friend. We also really appreciated David accommodating our dog on the walking tour. Being able to bring her along worked out perfectly and made the experience even more enjoyable for us. The length and pace of both tours were just right, and we came away with a much better understanding and appreciation of Puebla, Cholula, and their history and culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with David and would absolutely book with him again on a future visit. Highly recommended!

David was very knowledgeable and gave us many interesting stories about Puebla as well as recommendations for places to eat, visit and explore! Would highly recommend the tour and suggest you do it as the first thing when you are in Puebla so you are equipped with the knowledge to prioritize what you want to do next!

This was a 3 hour walking tour and Renato is an excellent raconteur of local legends and lore and pointed out many symbolic meanings behind religious icons. He also steered me toward places to find Puebla's best mole. Thank you!

Despite receiving absolutely no direct communication from the company, I showed up on time at the place and nobody showed up. I had received confirmation emails, but I guess they were automatically sent. Once there, I was able to message with someone who said a guide would be there in about 45 minutes. That didn't work for me because it is a 3 hour tour and it was about an hour after it was supposed to start and I had a lunch reservation after the tour. Most disappointing, they offered no alternatives besides a refund. A refund is welcomed, but I was left to figure out what to do at the last moment. The experience was unpleasant and I won't use this company ever again. I am extremely busy and used the service in hopes of lessening the need to plan my own itinerary and this tour operator let me down.

Guide was knowledgeable. She was great. Interesting stories. Didn't try to rush me, we took breaks (sat down) when I needed them. Highly recommended.
