I booked a three hour ride with Atlantic Horse and it was such a beautiful experience that I booked two more rides in the same week! How is that for a recommendation? Hamza has three magnificent horses and I rode Chihab each time- who was a dream. Hamza is professional, cares greatly for his horses and has clearly trained them very well. His focus was to make sure I had a memorable experience and I did each time! The horses are very calm and take direction so what ever your riding level - you will be in good hands. I know there are many horse riding options in Essaouria but Atlantic Horse should be your choice. We managed to get as far as the fisherman’s shacks on my first ride and stopped for tea. Lastly, Hamza is a great photographer as you can see from the images. I’ll be back later this year ❤️ Thank you

For me, this was the best horse riding experience ever ! A great guide and beautiful, friendly horse, easy to ride. It felt geest to experience the freedom on the back of a horse, knowing you can trust the horse and your guide. Amazing experience !

Highly recommended, it was the first time I went horseback riding and a very good experience, the horse was very good, the guides were perfect.

Great experience, tour guide was very helpful - nice and patient catering to different experience levels. Horses were well looked after and stable was in good condition.

My sister and I on horseback on the beach in Essaouira, a beautiful experience. Managed very well by the guys who own the horses and manage them in the stable. We only had a little bit of experience with horses, but they gave us the right instructions and the confidence to get to the point of riding our horses at a light trot on the beach. In Italy, unfortunately, this freedom and trust would not have been possible, too much bureaucracy, too much fear of the legal consequences of any mishap. Here in Morocco, everything is more spontaneous.

I was staying in the same village where Atlantic Horse Essaouira is placed and therefore went out for several rides and could really deep into this place and got to know the horses well. What’s important for me to say is that the two warm-hearted leaders of this place really treat their horses well and want the best for them and their riders and are just in general a good team. This is special because not everybody treats their horses in this way in Essaouira just as they do it. Also Hamza is a competent patient teacher for the general handling of the horse. I had such a beautiful time with you guys while we were riding through the beautiful landscape of Essaouira. Thank you for this experience and I already miss you and the horses! See you next time!

Hamza was a very good guide and made me feel relaxed and comfortable as I am not an experienced rider. The horses were very well looked after and I could tell he really cared about their welfare.
