I had a very disappointing experience with this golf cart rental company. After I had to cancel my reservation, they refused to provide a refund despite the purchase of additional trip protection.
To make matters worse, the golf cart they provided had an expired registration, which raises concerns about whether their vehicles are being properly maintained and operated legally.
Customer service was equally frustrating. I sent emails that were never answered, and calling the company was no better. I was unable to get assistance or speak with anyone who could resolve the refund issues.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, refusal to work with customers on cancellations, and providing a golf cart with expired registration made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this company and encourage others to consider a more reliable rental service.

Honest people
Excellent company to do busine with, competitive rate, great people skills and courteous. Ask for Alex, he picked us up at the port and brought us back when we were finished. Alex gave us ideas as where to visit along with some history of Key West, we really enjoyed his company.
Try it you'll like it ! ! !

Great experience!
Sean and Rick were great. They coordinated a huge group of ladies with 7 or 8 carts. They were timely and friendly. None of the other golf cart companies even replied to the inquiry. Would happily rent from them again.

Take a cart - much more fun than a rental car!
This ended up being a great option for us - even though I also thought that the pick up location was the one on Google Map, an easy walk from my hotel. When I arrived, Caroline told me that the actual pick up location was another mile down the road - but not worries she said it happens often because it is confusing and an easy mistake - I didn't give it another thought - I'm sure they'll figure out a system that works for them and renters. She gave me my rental no problem and was very helpful with the demo and tips on places to try - very friendly at pick up and when I returned it. We rented three full days and found it the most fun way for our family of four to get around the island and all the places we wanted to see and do. We were also blessed with great weather our entire stay so no rain to deal with. The rates seemed to be very reasonable based on my original search before renting.

So much fun riding around Key West!
We went to Key West for the Key West Classic baseball tournament with our baseball family. Most of us rented from here and we had a great experience. Very friendly staff! They will pick up and drop off at your hotel. We all loved our experience with this company. The kids loved riding around the city in the golf carts. Would definitely recommend and will continue to rent our golf carts from Fun Rentals every year!
