Yassir has a wonderful way of bringing Stone Town to life. As we wandered through its winding streets, he shared fascinating stories about the history and culture that make Zanzibar so unique. What really sets Yassir apart is how genuinely he cares about his guests. One of our devices was destroyed during our trip, and we thought we'd lost many of our favorite photos. Without hesitation, Yassir sent us the pictures we had taken together, giving us memories we'll treasure forever. That simple act of kindness meant the world to us. He also saved the day when the restaurant we had planned to visit was unexpectedly closed for renovations. His recommendation turned out to be fantastic, and we ended up enjoying one of our favorite meals in Zanzibar. Before you head home, be sure to visit his sister's boutique. It offers a lovely selection of locally inspired body products and unique treasures that make perfect gifts or keepsakes. Yassir is more than a guide—he's someone who truly wants you to experience and fall in love with Zanzibar. We left feeling like we'd spent the day with a friend. Yassir is an extremely dedicated, patient, attentive, and always cheerful guide. He took care of our entire travel itinerary and supported us with everything else we needed, from purchasing an eSIM to choosing hotels and providing booking links. He guided us through Stone Town and Prison Island, where his deep historical knowledge and genuine love for his culture were truly evident. He also took us to Nakupenda, where we enjoyed one of the best seafood lunches of the trip. He showed us unique places, including spectacular caves in Zanzibar. He also handled all our transportation and transfers between Nungwi, Jambiani, Stone Town, and the airport in a very smooth and effortless way. The itinerary was personalized, always flexible and adapted to our preferences, allowing us to enjoy each place without any rush. We felt like we experienced the trip at our own pace, without the pressure of group tour schedules. On the top of that, he is a great photographer also, so we left with perfect memories at no extra cost lol. He even surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday 😍 We appreciate so much Yassir and highly recommend his services.

Yassir was an excellent host/tourguide. Came all the way from Nigeria 🇳🇬 to Zanzibar and Yassir and Raqib made my trip really worth it! From pickups and drop offs to tours, to gifting me a Surprise birthday cake on by birthday(This experience made my whole trip). This experience made my whole trip! So thoughtful. My husband and I had a great time in Zanzibar. Yassir was an amazing host. from the very day he picked us from the airport all the till he dropped us. He never disappointed. He was always on time. He was very patient and tolerant and took time to explain the culture of Zanzibar to us. He planned our iterinary and made sure we had fun to the fullest. I recently returned from an amazing trip to Zanzibar, and I must emphasise the amazing experience I had with my tour guide, Yasir Salum. Yasir made everything go well from day 1 to 7. He easily escorted us to the most stunning islands and had extensive knowledge of Zanzibar's history and culture( obviously we asked a lot of questions). In addition, he was incredibly patient and kind, never hurrying and always waiting for us even when we were late (which was always the case). His service was also very affordable and very much fair! He played our SA music with his driver and that made us feel at home the whole time we were in Zanzibar. He tried taking us to less crowded spots so that we could enjoy fully and experience Zanzibar as it is! I highly recommend Yasir if you're planning a trip to Zanzibar; he really made it a dream come true for my 3 friends and me!

We booked our activities through Instagram directly with Yasir, the most kindest well taught guide ever. He knows all about his country & explains very well. I am very impressed with his knowledge skills & the way he takes time to make sure you’re all on the same page. Would definitely recommend him. He even changed drivers for us because he noticed we weren’t comfortable with the initial driver. He’s very thoughtful!! Bought me a birthday cake as well. I will be singing him praises till the sun comes up!

An amazing experience! The Stone Town walking tour was fantastic and our guide, Salym, was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and passionate about the local history. He made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zanzibar.
