I enjoyed it, it was fun and amazing, nice experience
Where to start with this. In simple terms me and my friends named this the christian boat cruise. Due to the lack of beer and party that you are sold. Late on arrival and no beer till you return that is then limited to 2 small cups maximum. Their bbq is even worse i eat microwave lasagne every day of my life and would recommend anyone doing this over the bbq on board. And as for fun there was zero! Also was disgusted in the amount of pubic hair on show from a ladies thong on board.
We're sorry that your experience wasn't to your liking, but we cannot remain silent in the face of your behavior. In our company, we do not judge the physical appearance of others, and it's completely unacceptable and shameful to do so publicly and disparagingly, as you did in your review. Comments like yours say far more about the person making them than about anyone else. Out of respect, we won't comment on your body hair, though there would have been plenty of reason to. We prefer to conduct ourselves like decent people. Our space promotes respect, inclusion, and coexistence. If those values don't align with yours, perhaps this wasn’t the right place for you.
This was a fun and full day of adventure! My friend and I had a great time- except the tour started over an hour late which was upsetting so our time got cut short. The boat ride was bumpy but nice with some music and splashes from the water!

Regarding the timing — based on your description, it sounds like you may had booked our "Tardeo" cruise, which has a slightly different schedule. This tour starts 30 minutes later than the BBQ Party Boat and runs for 2.5 hours instead of 3. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you on board again soon!
On the way to the port , one of our friends felt unwell and we had to come back to the apartment and miss our appointment time. Nobody answer the phone, and nobody reply to any of the messages I sent. We wanted to go on the next catamaran or reschedule, but nobody was available to talk or message me. We got completely ignored. We spent €250 for 5 of us, and we did not do the experience. No customer service whatsoever.

After reviewing, we didn’t find any missed calls or direct messages from you. It’s quite likely that your messages went through Viator’s customer service instead of reaching us directly. Unfortunately, when that happens, we don’t always receive those communications in real time. Whenever a guest contacts us directly about an unexpected situation, we always try to offer an alternative schedule if there’s availability. Hi there, we are a group of 7 looking to book the boat party on Sunday May 25th, 2:30pm but I noticed that option is no longer available. Is there any way you can please accommodate us to come for the 2:30pm time slot as we will not be able to make the 11:00 am time slot due to our flight arrival time that day. Thank you so much!!

Very disappointing experience... The so-called “barbecue” was reduced to some grilled hamburgers, nothing more. The “DJ table” was just a tablet that passed music, chosen entirely by a group of Frenchmen. We had to listen to French music and withstand the shouts of the group as they sang, while the rest of the customers were completely set aside. The environment left much to be desired, the experience was weak and, in general, I do not recommend at all.. price not compatible with the offer..

En este caso, el grupo de franceses tuvo la iniciativa de pedir música y, como solemos hacer, accedimos encantados porque queremos que todos se lo pasen bien. Sentimos sinceramente que el estilo musical no fuera de su agrado, pero también nos habría encantado recibir sugerencias por su parte para incluir canciones que usted disfrutara. Estamos siempre abiertos a crear un ambiente equilibrado para todos a bordo. Queremos aclarar que todo lo que incluye el servicio está claramente detallado en la descripción al momento de hacer la reserva. La comida consiste en una hamburguesa a la parrilla (de carne o vegetariana), patatas chips, aceitunas, crudités, hummus, tortilla española, pan con salsas y fruta de temporada. Excellent fun! The crew cares about safety (1st) and fun. Beautiful sunset ride and swim time was outstanding. The crew offered life vests or you can swim without. There were also 2 floating rafts that you can sit on. No rush to swim and move on. Views of the city especially at sunset-beautiful.

The description is accurate with the "young" piece! This trip was super fun but for the PM trip, there was certainly college-like vibes. While it was great people watching and everyone kept to their own groups, there were only a few things I would warn if you're going with a smaller two person group. First, the snacks were communal and folks weren't shy about sticking their hands into the bowls of foods. I think the operator should have had at least one big utensils to pour out the items into individual bowls (which would have been nice to have as well) as it became very unsanitary watching people dig into the bowls of food. Second, because the group is already a heavy drinking-like group (there were lots of people who had pregamed), you are not allowed to get alcoholic drinks until after the swimming. Slower drinkers like me felt rushed to finish the two drinks before the trip came to an end. Finally, the swimming was nice but I hoped they would have floaties for folks (aside from one big one which all the already drunk folks took!). They didn't, so it was a jump in and jump out situation. Here's my take away: if you enjoy some people watching and want to see the sunset with loud/fun music, do the PM one. Also, eat beforehand! Otherwise, a quieter boat is for you.

Went on this catamaran with a large group of 24 people. Start sailing trip at 11:00 am, arrive at 10:30 am. The Catamaran was very full. There was a big difference between staff, some were cheerful and friendly and some showed boredom on their faces/attitudes. The food was very average. Furthermore, the sailing trip met expectations, on time, music, etc. Tip: upon arrival, let the passengers board quietly, now we had to wait half an hour in the blazing sun.
