I’ve cruised more times than I can count, and this was by far the worst transportation pickup experience I’ve ever had. My scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM, yet I was not picked up until 11:00 AM—the exact time of my scheduled cruise check-in. A one-hour delay when passengers are trying to make a cruise departure is unacceptable and created unnecessary stress. What made the situation even more frustrating was having the dispatcher attempt to explain cruise check-in procedures, port traffic, highway congestion, and airport traffic patterns to me. These are all things I am extremely familiar with, particularly as an experienced cruiser. I fully understand that traffic can be unpredictable; however, that does not excuse a one-hour delay for a prearranged pickup without appropriate communication or accountability. Rather than explaining to me how cruise schedules and local traffic patterns work, the focus should have been on explaining why a scheduled 10:00 AM pickup did not occur until 11:00 AM and what was being done to correct the situation. This experience was extremely disappointing, unnecessarily stressful, and fell far below the level of service I expected.

Communication started the day before. I was going on cruise and was late due to flight delays. They coordinated a driver to immediately pick me up and arrived at port in time to board. Roberto was my driver.

Our bags were delayed due to weather. Driver left without telling us. Didn't speak English well at all . It was very hard to communicate with him

Company kept good contact with me. Driver did not speak English, but FaceTime allowed me to find him. It took a while, but I allowed time into my travels so I was not rushed. Once on the shuttle I was able to relax and start to enjoy vacation. Dropped off right at ship! No problems.

This was one of the worst experience with a transportation company. Someone almost stole my luggage. I had to go retrieve it from a family that denied they had it. The put a cup on top of it to camouflage it. No organization on the pickup. I need to schedule a return trip but not with these people!!!

Very convenient, got to the port in great condition and timing! Worth the price and will rebook whenever I return.
