It was a very informative audio guide tour, we leaned alot and visited places we not have encountered otherwise nor known its history. Very glad we did it! Our only suggestion would be that the explanation on how to download and start the audio tour on our phones was a little confusing as we couldn’t find our access token which it kept asking for. We did sort it but it could have been explained more clearly. The rest of the tour was seamless and very good.
While this was my first audio tour, it won’t be my last. I loved being able to stop when I wanted, and also replay a section if I missed something. I did struggle with trying to get back to the map after each stop, but that may just be a me problem. I feel the information provided was pertinent, and not TOO much, or too little.
Although it was very hot we managed to visit every sight except one… the house of glass. 21 minute walk in extreme heat proved to be too much.
Brilliantly presented guide, that took us to areas of Vienna we may not otherwise have seen. It also sheds a light on the war period and how some of the impressive buildings were seen used at that time. Did find the guide a bit tricky to navigate. Couldn't get it to move to the next audio clip. Found wr had to reopen and then select it manually.
We were looking for a tour for my 10-year-old son who is passionate about World War II. The audio guide in French was a great experience: walking through the city, pausing whenever we wanted. The tour is very clear and interesting. Even my 8-year-old son liked the experience. Thanks to the whole team
It was amazing! You learn a lot about the Nazi era and Hitler. What we really liked was that we could take breaks whenever we wanted.
The group enjoyed being able to go at our own pace and exploring. I collected opinions from the group. We all feel the app needs a little work. Slides/Videos 9 and 10 are exactly the same. We were all confused in beginning when slide did not automatically prompt to next location...we realized that you have to click blue arrow. But the app/map would glitch sometimes leading to confusion in directions. Some user thinks the content on Hitler himself was light and would of approved more on Hitler himself. Overall, we enjoyed, but needs improvement in relaying how to get link to all users and directions on operating app
