The operator of this experience absolutely needs to improve their professionalism and communication skills. Booked months ago, messaged the day before through whatsapp in the morning to ask questions on receiving the tickets, and I received only a “you will receive tickets tonight”, and you guessed it, nothing. I received the ticket the morning of the event, and I’m not sure if it is because I emailed Tripadvisor and also blew up their direct message as well. Therefore, this was heading to a 1 star review. However, I did receive the ticket before the event, so the operator at least salvaged it to 3 stars. Needs improvement. This review is absolutely earned. Nobody wants to stress over their plans due to uncertainty and followup is needed. See pictures. As for the Floral Fantasy event itself, it is currently showing a disney exhibition. Really beautiful and worth the price I think

This review is for booking through TripAdvisor using Viator. This was a horrible experience. We paid for our tickets and after consulting several attendants at the venue, waiting in multiple lines and attempting to contact Viator directly we were never able to enter the venue. We have requested a refund with no response and missed out on one of our top destinations in Singapore. Very disappointing so my advice is don’t waste your money.

Great end to the day. The light show and music combine brilliantly to entertain you. Would recommend for all.

Top Hotel super Low ein perfektes Service

The tickets got me into the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome as advertised. However, the listing made me think I was purchasing the tickets from Gardens by the Bay directly instead of a tour vendor, so I was a bit confused when I got the email with a link to the tickets attached from J S Tours. But everything worked in the end, and I was able to have a nice day at the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The waterfall in the Cloud Forest was a sight to see, although I thought there would be more clouds in the dome. I loved seeing the colorful tulips in the Flower Dome.

I cannot leave a realistic review as the Park was in chaos with a Networking function on & park closed for this! No one could tell me where this Viator trip was to meet so we ended up not seeing anything! I wrote and asked for a Credit but have heard nothing back! Not good when we had many Viator bookings over the course of our trip!

Great experience with lots of information on plants. Lots of sculptures and visual displays making it interesting. Cloud Forest was a lot of fun with the Jurassic theme and Waterfall was awesome 👌

We were never get the ticket. The code is not being accepted at the gate. Partner is in India. So seems that they are running a scam. So hard to get through and when you ask for refund, they reject it. SO DONT EVER BUY THIS DEAL!!!

The Gardens by the Bay is all just amazing with so much to see but the Cloud Forest was absolutely incredible and the flowers in the Flower Dome …. Wow!! We spent a very long afternoon there!! What a wonderful experience!!
