Staff very polite and helpful

Terrible experience. The boat was overbooked, and some passengers didn’t even have a proper seat. This was extremely dangerous, especially considering the huge waves we encountered in the middle of the ocean. Safety should always be a priority, and this was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this service.

Really good experience, all was clear, boarding was fast, boat ride was smooth and comfortable, price is great, really no complaints.

The trip went well, the sea was calm, and the crossing was smooth. I was worried about the punctuality, but it went very well.

Took very Long and had to wait at the Harbour After arrival. Very Dirty and so loud you can Not Talk to other people

Pickup from Ubud and the ferry were both on time. Fast comfortable crossing from Padang to Senggigi. When they unloaded the baggage ours was thrown from the boat onto the dock with some force and burst open. Otherwise all good.

Completely unbearable announcements that repeat 100x until they are turned off. Completely uncoordinated boarding and deboarding. Important information is lacking, but the same announcements play constantly. The destination is reached, but also significantly later than stated by the locals. It took us well over 2h to get to Gili.

Aircon poor, stinks of fuel inside so you get a headache. They didn’t provide the complimentary water. Arrived 30 min late and took 30 min more to get from Sanuk to Senggigi (Lombok) Seats quite comfy, however quite packed.
