"I paid 300 euros for 2 adult and 2 child tickets to the Nasrid Palaces. Even though I correctly entered the children's names and passport numbers, the tickets were mistakenly issued under the names and passport numbers of the 2 adults, making admission impossible!
The tickets were shared with me the night before at 23:48, and I contacted customer service at 00:17 to report that the children's info was incorrect, but I received no response. Do not buy tickets from this unreliable service!"

A great day at an incredible historic site.
We so enjoyed our day at Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces. A real insight into the beauty, architecture and culture of the distant past. Tour operator was able to offer what they promised - lastminute tickets to Nasrid. Audio guide is disappointing - brief and superficial.

Alhambra Granada
You have to see the Alhambra. That is a highlight in Granada. We had our fun and everything was great. Since we booked on very short notice, we also got very expensive tickets. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you very much for the good cooperation, Tripadvisor.

Incredible!
Last-minute reservation!!!!! In bulk!!!! But a miracle, tickets for the Alhambra and especially the Nasrid Palaces! Unexpected! Incredible experience, too bad about the extra cost… it was worth it!

We were almost ready to change our plans
We had already started looking for another activity instead of the Alhambra. Fortunately, we contacted this service before giving up for good. The assistance was kind, concrete, and efficient. Finally, we were able to experience the visit we had been waiting for for a long time.

The highlight of our trip
Granada was already beautiful, but visiting the Alhambra was the main reason we chose this destination. Finding out that tickets were sold out was a huge disappointment. Thanks to the support we received, we did not have to give up. It became one of the most memorable parts of our journey.

Ideal for travelers with little time
We came from abroad and only had two days in Granada. We couldn't afford to spend hours looking for available tickets. The support saved us a lot of time and allowed us to enjoy our stay in a relaxed way.
