The location is fantastic – just a few minutes’ walk from the Sagrada Família, so it’s easy to reach and ideal if you’re starting your trip in that area. From the moment we walked in, we felt reassured by how secure and well-monitored the place is. We were greeted immediately by their customer service team over an in-store intercom, which made it clear the facility is actively supervised. Inside, everything was spotless and clearly brand new, which added to the sense of professionalism and care. The process was incredibly smooth and intuitive. We simply scanned our QR code to start the booking, unlock the lockers, and within a couple of minutes our bags were safely stored and we were free to explore. It’s a huge time-saver when you arrive early and can’t check in yet. Little touches really set this place apart: there’s a scale to weigh your bags, a phone charging station, and even a trolley to help organize your suitcase.
