The picture on the page false advertisement , they don’t let you drive for 180 is crazy, them me & my friend booked separate cars we had too share
We want to clarify what actually happened with your booking. You booked two separate 15-minute rides—one under your name and one under your friend’s name. At no point did anyone from our team promise or confirm that these bookings would provide two separate cars. You also stated that you did not drive, which is not accurate. You asked the operator if you could have the car to yourself and were told that you could drive, but the operator had to remain in the vehicle with you for safety reasons. You became upset with this policy. For safety, customers cannot operate the jet car alone. You are vacationing in waters you are unfamiliar with, where there may be reefs, fishing areas, and other hazards. Having an experienced operator onboard is necessary for your safety and the protection of the equipment. You were given the opportunity to drive and even received additional time beyond what you booked. Afterward, you chose not to drive the jet car back toward the hotel. We respect every customer’s right to leave a review, but we also believe reviews should accurately reflect what occurred. Two separate jet cars were never promised by anyone on our team, and the claim that you were not allowed to drive is also inaccurate.
