Worst tour operator ever! We never even got to go. We found out the morning of that their vehicle was broken, only after calling. They said they could pick us up in another vehicle and we agreed. When they got here in their Audi we were told that there were 2 other people coming besides us. We inquired as to how the seating for 5 people would work in a car that small and filthy. We were told by the driver that it would be no problem. I said that I would prefer not to go in the vehicle provided and wanted a full refund. The driver argued that I was only due a partial refund as they had shown up to pick us up. After some heated words they agreed to a full refund. We flew half way around the world for this tour which was on my wife’s birthday only to end up with this experience. In all my years of booking through Viator I have never been as disappointed with a tour operator!

We booked this tour because we wished to see Bruny Island, We booked it through the viator web site because it appeared to be a proffesional tour. We were told we would be given a pickup time from our Hotel the night before the tour. At 5:15 the night before the trip we received a text to say their Bus had broken down and they could only offer a car to share with another couple, and if that wasn't suitable we could cancel our tour. It was our last day and it was too late to arrange an alternative tour so we accepted this proposal, We saw the sights advertised for the tour, with very little commentary from our guide who spent most of her time on the phone. I did not expect the car we were taken in to be just family car in such poor condition (not clean). I could not recommend this tour to anyone. Their communication is very poor. .

Cancelled 2x after 4pm the day before the booked tour was scheduled.

The tour was the worst we have ever been on. We were picked up in an old filthy dirty Audi sedan. It was so neglected it had cob webs all over the car. The lady that drove was not very informative and all just sat in her car when we arrived at places except for the last location. There were 4 travelers that paid good money for this tour and it was so disappointing. The couple that were with us said they got cancelled the day before because there was no room in the car and another couple rang while we were in the car asking when they were being picked up. The tour people missed their booking. The driver of the car also needs a recap on the road rules. Terrible day and feeling ripped off.

I am so glad we booked this tour for our getaway. Bruny Island's natural scenery is stunning, but what truly made the trip was the flawless service provided by the agency. The pickup from the city was perfectly on time, and the vehicle was brand new, spacious, and very comfortable. Our guide was incredibly attentive, ensuring we never felt rushed at any stop. It was a pure sightseeing experience with absolutely no tourist traps or forced shopping. From navigating the ferry to planning the perfect route, she handled everything seamlessly. If you want to skip the stress of planning and just enjoy the island, book this now!

The tour was good. We got picked from our airbnb in Sandy Bay and the driver Holly was very polite. She was very thorough in explaining everything and friendly. We had fun at Oyster shack, The neck, the kebab shop was closed at the Margate train. Not many shops there. Also the orchard shop at the end, there was not much to see but the tour was good as a whole. We enjoyed.

The plan for the whole trip is so well-planned, seeing all the attractive places and eating all the delicious and local food on the island. The tourist guide is also very nice and provide us rich information about the island and even the life in Tasmania. She also gave us flexibility on the plan which made us felt more cozy on the island.
