Combining the markets with Kanchanaburi made for a long but deeply rewarding day out. Walking across the Bridge over the River Kwai after visiting the peaceful war cemetery gave the whole trip real depth. The drive between stops was easy, and having a private car made resting between sights super easy.

I booked this tour without really planning to. I actually just wanted to go to Kanchanaburi and see the River Kwai Bridge, but this tour also included the floating market, which was great. I had heard about it for a long time, so it was nice to finally visit. The tour was very good and we got to see both places. I also want to give credit to our guide, who was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this tour. Everything was excellent.

Proper good day out. Getting to see the train market, hop on a boat through the canals, and then visit the river bridge later on gave us a massive taste of local life and history. Very pleased with how the whole day went.

We chose just the Railway Market and Floating Market option. Seeing the train pass so close to the stalls was really cool, and the boat ride through the floating market was fun too. Both places were different and interesting to see.

Seeing the train pass through Maeklong was fun, then we explored the floating market by boat. Kanchanaburi felt completely different, and walking across the River Kwai Bridge was a nice way to finish the trip. A long day, but we got to see a lot.

Everything was wonderful the train market is something you won’t see anywhere else, floating market was fun to explore, and the river bridge is beautiful. Great pace, really enjoyable day.

We did the full day tour with the River Kwai option and really enjoyed it. Railway Market was fun, especially when the train came through. It gets very close! Floating Market was busy but we liked the boat ride and there was plenty to look at. It was quite a long drive to Kanchanaburi after that, but for us it was worth adding. River Kwai was a nice place to visit and we got some good photos there. The guide, her name was Lily. She's really nice and looked after us all day. Never felt confused about where to go or what we were doing next. The car was comfortable and the driver was good too. Overall we had a good day and felt the tour was well organized. I’d recommend this company if you want to see a few places outside Bangkok and don’t want the hassle of arranging everything yourself.

Seriously, I knew the train passed through the market but didn’t realize just how close we would be standing to it. Such a strange and fun experience. We got some great videos here. The floating market afterward was more relaxed and I enjoyed just sitting on the boat and looking around.

We opted for the full-day trip including Kanchanaburi, and it was completely worth it. Seeing the train squeeze right past the market stalls in Maeklong was wild to experience in person, and the boat ride at the floating market was a fun start to the morning. Visiting the Bridge over the River Kwai and the war cemetery in the afternoon added a meaningful historical side to the tour that we really appreciated. The driver and guide was great at keeping everything on track while giving us plenty of time to explore, and having a cool private van to return to throughout the day made a huge difference. Highly recommend if you want a mix of local culture and history in one go!

Seeing the market stalls fold back just as the train rolled through Maeklong Railway Market was surreal! Our guide timed everything perfectly so we didn't miss a thing. The floating market boat ride was super fun too. Highly recommend!
